Cooking is excellent, Jermaine makes sure he takes time to season everything well and pays attention to detail to make sure the food is good! I enjoyed every plate I got from him . His jerk chicken is awesome and his Mac n Cheese is probably one of the best Mac n cheeses I’ve tasted
